Satoko Tange, Flute

 

OBJECTIVE

  • To introduce what Dr. Satoko Tange, an active flute performer, have done up until now by showing several aspects of her.

 

SCHOLORSHIP

  • Won the Music Award at Nagano Aspen Music Festival.
  • Studied abroad in France in order to learn music in a specific way by getting recommendation from Aichi University of Arts in 2013.

 

EXPERIENCES

  • Participated in Aspen Music Festival in Colorado and Young Artist Concert.
  • Performed in many kinds of concerts such as subscription and graduation concerts at Aichi University of Arts, Yomiuri Chubu Concert.
  • Had a numerous number of recitals including solo ones in Aichi prefecture.
  • Performed contemporary music concerts as a member of Musica Qulacoza where contemporary music is performed

 

STUDY

  • Gave the research presentation of Henry Altès who was Flutist in 19th century, at the 65th Musicological Society of Japan in 2014.
  • Researched Henry Altes who was a flute performer in 19th century and gave the presentation of him at the 18th Japan Flute Convention 2017 in Kawasaki, Kanagawa prefecture.

 

EDUCATION

  • Graduated from Aichi University of Arts majoring in music, wind instruments course.
  • Received the Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Aichi University of the Arts.

 

RECENTLY

  • Became a director of Ensemble Kalavinka which was organized in 2002, and a member of Musica Qulacoza, Japan Flutists Association, and the Musicological Society of Japan.
  •  Serves lecture concerts as music teacher.
  • Received a qualification of kindergarten teacher in 2020.
